Terms & Conditions - The Basics
Magarie operates in accordance with all applicable Australian food safety and catering regulations, including relevant state and local council requirements. This includes compliance with the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) Food Standards Code, covering food handling, preparation, storage, hygiene, and allergen management.
All food is prepared and served by trained staff following approved food safety practices. Required food safety certifications, permits, and insurances are maintained as per regulatory obligations.
Clients must ensure the event venue complies with local council and venue regulations, including adequate access, power (if required), and a safe working environment for on-site food preparation.
Dietary requirements and food allergies must be communicated prior to the event. While every reasonable precaution is taken, Magarie cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Events
A 15% deposit is required to secure and confirm your booking with Magarie.
A travel and set up fee may apply depending on event location.
We believe in transparency — there are no hidden fees or additional charges.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. Event date changes may be accommodated, subject to availability.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed from the scheduled service start time; however, any delays will not extend the agreed service end time.
All pricing is subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
